In any event, Sneh Academic Services Private Limited's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, for access to the platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Statute of Limitation
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of this platform or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year of the date such claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
Force Majeure
Sneh Academic Services Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, or internet service disruptions.
Entire Agreement
